Job description
- Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors
- Technical review of inspection reports
- Provide technical support to Customer Service Team
- Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP, WI, …
- Perform field assessments of internal inspectors, announced audit appointed by Manager;
- Provide technical training to agent, vendor, factory if required
- Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration
- Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment
- Support management during technical meeting with customers
- Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business
- Other additional tasks delegated by direct manager or above
- Substitute Technical Supervisor or direct manager
College or University graduation, major in the related inspection category
- At least 3 years experience in related inspection activities
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Necessary computer knowledge
