- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence with every order
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Receive orders from the point-of-sale system and prioritize tasks to meet customer delivery and pickup times
- Assemble pizza ingredients with precision, paying close attention to portion sizes, toppings, and presentation
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members across all stations to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding order status, special requests, and any operational challenges
- Respond positively to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and product quality
- Support other team members when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever required
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment that values teamwork and mutual support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining focus and quality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple orders simultaneously
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for portion control and ingredient measurements
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Resilience and adaptability when facing high-pressure situations or unexpected challenges
- Enthusiasm for delivering quality products and contributing to customer satisfaction
- Food Handler's Certification or Food Safety Certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations (preferred)
