Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care across the clinic’s various care settings
  • Provide care based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards;
  • Document nursing interventions in a timely manner;
  • Promote patient autonomy, empower patients and their families, and ensure adherence to treatment;
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families;
  • Participate in and promote initiatives aimed at coordinating the different levels of healthcare;
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within the scope of your professional practice;
  • Record incidents;
  • Promote and participate in national or international research programs and projects;
  • Collaborate in the training and skill development of other professionals;
  • Participate in the management and organization of the nursing team’s work;
  • Resolve care-related and organizational problems.

Work Experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid professional license
  • With or without experience in dialysis techniques
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Knowledge of quality management systems
