About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our Floreat team in a permanent part-time position, offering just under full-time hours.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a senior clinician practising across the full scope of dentistry. You'll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing clinical environment where your experience, efficiency and ability to anticipate clinical needs will be highly valued.

Essential availability:

• Monday

• Wednesday

• Thursday

• Friday

• Saturday

What You'll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across a broad range of advanced dental procedures

• Supporting skilled Dentist offering complex treatments

• Preparing treatment rooms and surgical setups to a high standard

• Maintaining exceptional infection control and sterilisation practices

• Working closely with a senior practitioner to ensure efficient, seamless clinical workflows

• Delivering an outstanding patient experience through clear communication and teamwork

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant

• Demonstrated experience assisting with implants and complex dental procedures

• Strong chairside skills with the ability to anticipate clinician needs

• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach

• Hepatitis B immunisation clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to complete a National Police Check
