Account & Business Development Manager (Commercial & Civil) - Christchurch
Job description
We’re looking for an experienced salesperson with strong technical problem‑solving skills to join our Christchurch team. In this role, you’ll manage key commercial & civil accounts, grow new business, and represent the Anzor brand with pride.
What you’ll be doing
• Growing Anzor’s presence in the commercial & civil sector by consistently acquiring new customers
• Identifying opportunities, hunting out new business, and delivering exceptional customer service
• Driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets
• Building strong, long‑term customer relationships through excellent communication
• Collaborating with the wider team and supporting branch operations when needed

What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years’ face‑to‑face B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to generate and grow sales
• Confidence in meeting and exceeding targets
• Existing civil‑sector relationships ( ad vantageous)
• A great sense of humour and strong communication skills
• Tech‑savvy, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with fasteners or trade‑related industries (preferred, not essential)
