Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Contract Administrator / Procurement to join our team in Perth, Australia. In this role, you will provide commercial support to optimise the deal and ensure that project cost control requirements are met.
Key responsibilities and functions

Technical Construction Knowledge.
•
Measurement and Valuation of Works.
•
Trade Scoping and Procurement.
•
Financial Control and Management.
•
Contract Interpretation and Management.
•
Commercial Risk Management § Negotiation and Strategic Thinking.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator.
•
Experience in the construction industry.
•
Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract management.
•
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
•
Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
•
Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
