IFRS 18 Implementation Expert

Salary: 900-1150 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Warszawa (1 office day per week, with the exact arrangement to be confirmed with the Manager)

Time allocation is around 60%. This is an estimate to meet total number of hours within project timeline. We expect consultant to manage his time independently, but of course attending our calls so flexibility is most important.

Project

You will be involved in an IFRS 18 implementation audit engagement, acting as a Subject Matter Expert. The project focuses on supporting audit teams through IFRS 18 implementation activities, including walkthroughs, operational effectiveness testing, and providing practical insights into implementation requirements, key judgment areas, and market standards.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Perform walkthroughs in the IFRS 18 implementation audit engagement
• Perform operational effectiveness testing within the IFRS 18 engagement
• Provide practical insight into IFRS 18 implementation requirements, key judgment areas, and market standards

Expected competences and knowledge

• In-depth understanding of IFRS 18 implementation requirements
• Expertise in key judgment areas and prevailing market practices related to IFRS 18
• Ability to provide practical insights into interpretation and application of the standard
• Ability to perform or support walkthroughs and operational effectiveness testing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical matters to audit teams and stakeholders
