As a Transition Tools & Reporting Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services practice, focusing on transitioning and managing services to support clients in streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs. You will be expected to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities

  • Managing the transition and execution of managed services to optimize client operations
  • Leading delivery teams in implementing process improvements and automation solutions
  • Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and performance management
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
  • Designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
  • Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and support client objectives
  • Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 to 8 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Strong expertise in Managed Services delivery, including technical project management, architecture/design, and transition support, with the ability to provide leadership guidance and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience building reporting and automation solutions using AI, Power BI, Power Automate, MS365, Copilot, Claude Code, Azure, and other tools to drive transition reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to implement quality across varied technologies, support remote connectivity during transitions, and deliver training to drive adoption of AI, tools, automation, and reporting processes.
