As an L2 Application Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and adaptability, contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and implement industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems, taking ownership and consistently delivering work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless business operations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud-based systems to minimize downtime
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service management and performance optimization
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality client support and solutions
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure management
- Applying cloud compliance standards to maintain secure and efficient systems
- Engaging in cloud migration projects to enhance system capabilities and performance
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and inform infrastructure improvements
- Developing skills in cloud engineering and infrastructure management through continuous learning
- Supporting the implementation of cloud strategy and architecture design initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
