Job description
JOB OBJECTIVE
To learn how to apply Chorus Procedure for assuring quality for BIDs and Projects,
in particular in the Defense Business and to manage Chorus Tool for QMS document management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- candidate will be inserted in the Quality & Customer Satisfaction Team in order to develop own skills in Quality & Customer Satisfaction (QCS) contexts, particularly for Defense business.
- Hereafter the main activities foreseen in the QCS Department:
- Ensure that the technical and non-technical requirements of the Customer
- are recorded, understood and managed efficiently by all members of the bid/project team
- Ensure that the project deliverables comply with the Customer's requirements and with the applicable regulations and standards
- Adjust Quality Assurance activities with a risk-driven mindset, anticipating risks, taking into account the maturity of the Bid/Project team, and focusing on core
- Quality value-added activities
- Support the product, bid and project teams in applying processes, proactively identifying risks and resolving problems
- Verify the execution of the project (in relation to the plans): evaluate achievements at key milestones and deliverables, and provide visibility through
- "Quality Advice"
- Provide visibility to the management and alert when necessary; raise a veto in case of non-compliance not properly addressed or in case of a critical event/situation generating a major risk for the bid/project/product or for the company
- Liaise with the Customer's Quality representative during the bid phase and contract execution.
- Manage the Chorus Management System deployed at the level of the Entity in coordination with the Country Chorus Manager (CCM)
- Support the Entity Head of Quality & Customer Satisfaction for the management of the related process
- Organise the capitalisation of lessons learnt in connection with CCM
- Ensure compliance of the processes and documented information with the business needs, applicable laws, regulations and standards
- Cooperate with CCM for leading the Entity Internal Audit Plan
- Support the CCM to manage the certification plan for the Entity
POSSIBLE WORK EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED AT THE END OF INTERNSHIP
The possible work experiences acquired at the end of the internship will be e.g.develop quality assurance skills in BID and PROJECT processes in the civil and defense sectors, and gain experience in managing relationships with various company functions.
Develop skills in managing integrated QHSE systems and conducting internal audits and supporting third-party and second-party audit activities.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated in Engineering Master Degree (Telecommunication, Electronics, Management)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder facing skills (presentations/meetings).
- Planning and Reporting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work in a various environment: in office, smart working and construction sites.
- Able to effectively achieve objectives in teamwork.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Continuous Improvement approach.
- Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Management tools such as OCM, DOORS, JIRA, Palma.
- Participation in ERASMUS Program
