ABOUT WHITE CIRCLE
White Circle https://whitecircle.ai/ is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.
- We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others
- We process over 100M+ API calls every month
- We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model
We’re at a multi-million dollar run rate already having signed customers like Lovable and multiple neobanks. You’ll be joining at the most exciting time - early enough that the equity can be life changing but at a point where demand has been proven.

ABOUT THE JOB
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the funnel for our enterprise sales motion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cold call and book qualified meetings
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6-24 months in SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales roles, selling B2B SaaS to mid-market/enterprise
- Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Excellent verbal communication; you can explain value simply and confidently on the phone
- Curiosity about buyers, product, and market; you learn quickly and stay coachable.
- Ability to speak confidently with technical buyers about a technical product
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling a technical product, dev tooling, infra
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- Experience at a high-growth startup

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- OTE $70-90k (base plus variable), with a high commission structure tied to qualified meetings and/or pipeline you generate (exact split and accelerators shared during the process)

- Team off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez
