Job description

Within the Global Brand Operations department, specifically in the Creative Operations department, you report to the Group Manager of the Project Management team. Your role is to support the daily activities of the project management team in the following missions:

Ensure the monitoring of production and the proper delivery of the following graphic & video elements:

  • Localized digital static assets associated with our games (metadata & mockups)
  • Localized video associated with our games, such as game trailers
  • Localized physical assets (paper parts) associated with our games (packaging, manuals, leaflets)
  • Localized digital elements for our media partners' websites (banners, icons, others, etc.)
  • Localized digital static assets for our local media needs

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:

  • Work hand in hand with the Global Publishing Project Management and Marketing teams to develop realistic delivery schedules for elements, relying on existing processes and internal tools.
  • Receive and assess briefs and asset requests to determine their optimal production flow.
  • Coordinate the creation of consumer-facing visual elements (master paper parts and storefront assets) with our internal graphic production and design team, as well as with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Brief the selected external localization/execution agencies on the requirements for localization of print and video assets as exhaustively as possible to streamline the work and provide quick solutions/responses when they encounter an issue.
  • Coordinate with our Localization team to get the relevant translations for the requested localized assets.
  • Coordinate with the Copy-Editing team to ensure the compliance and quality of our assets (legal lines, age ratings, review of English texts). Monitor and update activity schedules for the projects you oversee.
  • Work effectively with the engagement hubs to best integrate their adjustment requests and validate with them the localized versions of their assets before final delivery. Maintain mastery of templates and technical specifications of our Print (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, printers) and Media (YouTube, Facebook, programmatic formats, etc.) partners.
  • Propose improvements to the localization process (e.g., artificial intelligence, technological monitoring, post-mortems, or sharing past experiences) and/or to our ways of working with the production, localization, and compliance teams.

You will be required to use the following tools provided by the company as part of your missions:

  • Jira: A collaborative ticketing and project activity tracking tool that you shall use to manage your projects and exchange with stakeholders.
  • Canopy: A digital asset management tool that you will use to exchange and store various digital assets throughout all stages of creation.
  • Box: A storage tool for templates and file sharing.

You position yourself as a specialist in asset creation and act as a control tower by facilitating collaboration and communication with internal and external partners:

  • The ability to be meticulous and organized within a project and to manage your time and priorities across different projects.
  • The pursuit of quality and excellence to the best of one's ability.
  • A collaborative and cross-functional approach with other teams to coordinate efforts and priorities.
  • Knowledge of graphic production pipeline processes.
  • A good understanding of the company's objectives and the associated challenges
