Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, influencing recruitment decisions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth across multiple regions.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and ensuring recruitment is delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with our Global Recruitment Policy.

Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing

As our Recruitment Specialist, you will

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition through to offer acceptance, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract high-quality talent using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn recruiting, and talent pipelines.
  • Lead structured screening, interviewing and candidate assessment processes.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice to support hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing recruitment outcomes through expertise and data.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including ICIMS experience.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring quality, efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policy, governance requirements and employment legislation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage automation, digital tools and AI technologies to streamline recruitment processes, improve reporting capabilities and enhance the experience for candidates, hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions, supporting the ongoing development of our global Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

We are looking for someone who has

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced, international organisation, including candidate sourcing and hiring manager coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to advise and influence hiring managers at all levels.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with ICIMS experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience building proactive talent pipelines, including Boolean search and database recruitment techniques.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment best practice, governance and compliance.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret labour market trends to support hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering positive candidate experience.
