Role Descriptions

• A Java Technical Lead bridges the gap between software development and project management.
• They are responsible for architecting Java-based applications| guiding development teams| enforcing clean code standards| and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high-quality| scalable| and timely software delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Architecture & Design

• Design system architecture and write technical specifications for enterprise products.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Java developers| conduct code reviews| and oversee sprint deliverables.
• Hands-On Coding: Participate in complex programming| refactoring| and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure CI/CD pipelines| automated testing| and TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices are utilized.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align technical solutions with business requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications/ Experience

• Typically 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Core Technologies: Advanced proficiency in Core Java| J2EE| and enterprise frameworks like Spring| Spring Boot| Hibernate| or JPA.

Databases & Cloud

• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL| Oracle| MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS| Azure| or GCP).

Infrastructure & Tools

• Experience with event streaming (Kafka)| build tools (Maven| Gradle)| and version control (Git).
