- Leading the design and PoCs for intelligent features such as AI-assisted SMS and Omni-Channel engagement
- Advanced telephony enhancements and automated inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions.
- Need someone with custom integration experience and not like using integrators like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or anything else.
