Applicant must have 5 years as Chef of subcontinent cuisines and will be responsible for requisitions, purchasing, examining foodstuffs, planning menus, preparing seasons, cooking foodstuffs, overseeing preparation, monitoring the quality of finished dishes, supervising, organizing and instructing kitchen staff and managing the whole kitchen.
