Position: Labor & Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Libis, Quezon City
Job Overview
The Labor & Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for handling and documenting employee concerns, grievances, and escalations to ensure accurate and timely resolution of HR issues in line with company policies. The role also supports the implementation and monitoring of employee engagement programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or a related course •
At least 1 year of experience in employee relations

Experience in handling disciplinary actions or employee cases
•
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
•
Willing to work on-site in Libis, Quezon City
