Your missions

  • Collect and analyze market data to generate insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Define and implement a 3-year vision and annual marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy and market needs.
  • Adjust short-term objectives and marketing tactics (product, pricing, positioning, promotions) to meet forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and collaborate with sales/key account teams.
  • Manage communications, public relations agencies, and participate in customer events, congresses, and symposiums.
  • Oversee resource planning, KPI analysis, ROI measurement, and ensure alignment with supply chain, finance, and CRM teams.
  • Influence internal teams (sales, veterinary services, digital marketing) to adopt and execute the range marketing strategy.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5–8 years) in marketing, product management, or business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or life sciences industry. Poultry and Swine business would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and translate market data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging key opinion leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of resource planning, KPI measurement, ROI analysis, and budget management.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse internal stakeholders (sales, digital marketing, veterinary services) toward common goals.
