Position: Marketing Brand Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid (with onsite visits as needed)
Location: Ortigas-based head office with studio branches in Rockwell, Alabang, Podium, and BGC
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Brand Manager to lead and strengthen brand execution across multiple studio locations. This role involves leading a small team and collaborating closely with internal departments to align marketing strategies with business goals, particularly in increasing community engagement and class attendance.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns
•
Oversee content creation and graphic design initiatives
•
Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms
•
Plan and implement strategies to boost class participation and engagement
•
Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives
Qualifications
•
At least 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management
•
Preferably with a background or strong interest in health, wellness, or fitness industries
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
•
Strong time management skills and a dependable work ethic
