Job Title
Senior Project Management/Construction Management Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Acts as a liaison between the client, contractor, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
•
Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities
•
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
•
Maintain project documentation (Risk Register, Execution Plan, etc.)
•
Review contractor deliverables (programs, testing plans, QA/QC, safety)
•
Ensure contract compliance and effective communication among stakeholders
•
Manage project risks, issues, and provide solutions
•
Lead reporting and construction close-out processes
Supervisory Role
•
Manages external project team and Associate Project Manager
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
•
Licensed professional and PMP certification
•
At least 8 years experience in residential construction projects
•
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SmartSheet)
Technical Skills
•
Construction planning and execution
•
Risk management and problem-solving
•
Knowledge of safety and QA/QC standards
•
Contract review and compliance
