JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor, eDC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment is directly reporting to Assistant Manager, eDC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment, and responsible to monitor the performance of order fulfillment and replenishment team. Ensure a quality order fulfillment and replenishment process, secure record completeness of all pertinent order fulfillment and replenishment documents and report, and review and evaluate the processed documents of order fulfilled and replenished items.

ROLE

• Monitor the performance of order fulfillment and replenishment team and determine areas for improvement
• Ensure a quality order fulfillment and replenishment process based on the Standard Operating Procedure is done properly
• Secure record completeness of all pertinent order fulfillment and replenishment documents and report any discrepancies in quantity, serial number, defects, and other discrepancies
• Review and evaluate the processed documents of order fulfilled and replenished items and make sure reconciliation versus system (i.e., WINS)
• Collaborates with transport and customer service to meet customer requirements
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
