JOB SUMMARY

The Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment Assistant is directly reporting to Supervisor, Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment, and responsible to manage the order process from online platform and ensure the order is fulfilled. Perform physical and system review of items for replenishment, maintain real-time, accurate, and complete records of all order fulfilled and replenished transactions, and collaborate with warehouse and inventory control team.

JOB ROLES

• Ensure Order Retrieval Process performed for all managed online platforms are according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Generate, review, and submit monthly order fulfillment and replenishment reports including variances and discrepancies and suggest improvements
• Perform Occasional physical and system review of items for replenishment based on system and actual replenishment of bins
• Maintain real-time, accurate, and complete records of all order fulfilled and replenished transactions, and perform physical and system inventory and reconciliation
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory control on needed support in terms of proper availability and replenishment of bins
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
