Sales Manager

As Sales Manager in Almaty, Kazakhstan, you’ll lead commercial activities to grow Sarens’ presence in the region. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and position Sarens as the trusted partner for heavy lifting and engineered transport. Working closely with the Country Manager and functional teams, you’ll identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs.

Your job in a nutshell

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
• Identify market opportunities and convert leads into contracts.
• Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Reporting line: You’ll report to the Country Manager and work closely with the Key Account Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven track record in sales management, preferably in industrial or heavy equipment sector
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Advanced level of English (Russian/Kazakh is a plus)
