Key Responsibilities

  • Develop PPE business
  • Working closely with Distributors

Purpose of the Job

Develop sales of Honeywell Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for the assigned territory in coordination with TSM Leader. Prescribe and qualify solutions at end-customer level. Support Honeywell’s Distributor’s and end customers on technical understanding of products. Accompany Products Sales Managers on distributor and end user visits if necessary.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop PPE business for the assigned territory and meet sales targets
  • Promote Honeywell PPE products & solutions at end user’s & distributor’s level in Ural region. Provide all necessary technical and sales support to the customers for the assigned territory
  • Working closely with Distributors, identify opportunities, demonstrate their viability and set up the appropriate strategy to close the deal. Lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary
  • Master technical aspects of assigned products to propose adapted solutions to customers
  • Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy for the assigned territory
  • Collect competitive information, pricing, and strengths and weaknesses of competition and share them with LOB leader and TSM Leader
  • Communicate market needs & trends to Product Sales Manager and TSM Leader
  • Provide sales forecasts on a monthly basis according to the SIOP process
  • Meet pricing and margin objectives
  • Liaise and participate with Marcom for any promotional activity or communication related to the assigned territory
  • Weekly report on activities in SFDC and quarterly detailed review of sales action plan

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements

  • Extensive travel throughout Kazakhstan. Visiting existing and potential customers and distributors (~60%)

Work Experience Required (area and length of experience)

  • 3 years customer-facing outside Sales experience, preferably in the PPE industry, selling to end customers and distributors
  • Experience in sales of products through indirect sales channels (distributors)
  • Experience in B2B sector
