RPO - QA Assistant Manager
Job description
Role Purpose
To Manage & supervise the activity of process control and quality assurance in order to comply to Company's global & buyer specification whilst high quality product is required to be outrival in business.
Main Duties
- Supervising, control, monitor quality
- Support QA manager to supervise of QA team Leader who handed 3 Inspectors, PC team Leader who handed 7 Process Controllers and QA Admin & technical who handed 1 handler customer complaint & calibrator
- Supervise and monitor the quality of raw material with global specification to gain high quality and good for production.
- Supervise and monitor the quality of all finished products to maintain the company's high standard and meet the market requirements.
- Supervise the work activities of Quality Assurance Department to ensure that Technicians adhered to approved quality control procedures.
- Manage schedule calibration for all quality tools
- Support and providing pretest report for shoes factory
- Manage and ensure 6S implementations in QA & PC area
- Ensuring the implementation of SAP QM
- Support QA Manager to implement the sustainability with lead project re-use cone/vicone /core.
- Power User of SAP QM
- Coordinate with Global team related changing specification quality product in SAP QM
- Changing with Global team related revise or additional naming of spindle winding machine in SAP QM.
- Support and lead of ecotax re-certification process.
- Support to provide presentation of KPI Monthly Report
- Support to training staff newcomer related quality.
- Do comprehensive action to reduce complaint & increase customer satisfaction on Company product
- Review, examine and provide comprehensive analysis of internal & external complaint
- Reporting & review the Quality Control test and Process Control test to production department
- Control the preventive action plan every department related regarding the root cause of internal & external complaint.
- Supports business development & marketing
- Support the business development to coordinate and monitor development new product and make up material in Manufacturing.
- Representative of QA Manager to join monthly meetings with shoes factory
- Maintain test report to factory (T1) of shoes
- Justify customer complaint / handled Customer Complaints including physically visiting customer plants and collaborating with production to identify and solve issues.
- Communication with commercial team & customer related Quality issue.
- Coordinate with Global team & the supplier to develop of new design Make up material.
- Developing QA & PC team
- evaluating the performance of each people thru monthly score card.
- Do coaching for the lowest performance person
- Lead of internal QA Staff Meeting
- Lead Friday briefing to All QA team
- Support QMR in order to ensure ISO 9001 implementation
- Coordinator of ISO 9001
- Controlling document of ISO 9001 in database for all dept
- Update & maintain the SOP in QA dept
- Audit internally to all dept related
- Provide the schedule, Lead and summarize report internal Audit ISO 9001
- Follow the procedure & program related to safety concern:
- Follow work instruction related safety concern.
- Lead to collect and input SFHR finding to system Intelex
- Actively participate in program Occupational health &safety.
- Maintain, care and cleanliness of equipment supporting operations.
- Do loss prevention:
- Use safety equipment (PPE) appropriate
- Safety Shop Floor Meeting Attend daily and weekly.
- Implement and maintain the cleanliness (5S) of the activities within the scope of company.
- Active help in the investigation of workplace safety activities.
- Report any safety or environmental incident (Accident, near miss, unsafe action & unsafe condition)
- Keeping and controlling the implementation of 5S and H&S Policy in workplace area
- Responsible to the implementation and controlling of program Occupational health & safety ISO 9001 2015 and SMK3 in workplace area
- Implementing all activity in their department in accordance with the environmental policy and developing corrective action plans with the ECCR when needed.
Authorities
- Authorize minor corrective actions; escalate major actions to QA Manager.
- Validate calibration schedules and ensure adherence to approved procedures.
General Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or any related field
- Training: ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Skill: SAP QM qualification
- Experience: experience in quality control min 10 years
Desirable
- Understand Statistical Process Control
- Graduate from textile technology
- Lead Auditor certification
