Senior Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial Design & Construct projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through to construction and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee programme, procurement, commercial performance, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and innovative project solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years' project management experience within construction.
• Strong background delivering Design & Construct projects.
• Experience on industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, infrastructure, or heavy structural projects.
• Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices, contracts, and building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
