Job Description

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements.
• Gather and analyze product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular product review meetings and sprint planning sessions.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards and performance criteria.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Use insights to inform product strategy and differentiate our offerings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Proven experience in SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with product management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and work with engineering teams to find solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and specifications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
