Job description
Our bank client invites you to be their Technical Support Officer.
Job Duties
- Provide technical support on hardware and software
- Troubleshoot servers, network, and end-user PC technical issues
- Install and maintain LAN & WAN networks, hardware and software
- Provide help desk services to users and handle user's enquiry
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- 1-3 years IT experience in network and Windows server administration and system support
- Knowledge of Web Server and Firewall administration will be an added advantage
- Stationed in Hong Kong
