What would you be doing
•
Produce a minimum of 5 graphic designs per day, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing outputs.
•
Convert approved designs into short GIFs for social media and marketing campaigns.
•
Assist the Senior Video Editor with graphic design tasks and minor design amendments.
•
Conduct research on social media trends and competitor content to generate creative ideas and inform design briefs.
•
Participate in training during probation to learn video editing skills and enhance overall design capabilities. Training and guidance will be provided on video editing areas as needed.
•
Maintain consistent branding and design standards across all visual assets.
•
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new design concepts and contribute creatively to marketing campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
•
Fresh graduates in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related fields OR candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
•
Basic proficiency in graphic design tools such as Capcut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, or similar software.
•
Strong understanding of design fundamentals (color, layout, typography).
•
Ability to meet daily KPIs and manage tasks within deadlines.
•
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
•
Good research skills for pulling design references and understanding trends.
•
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.
•
Experience creating GIFs or simple animations.
•
Knowledge of AI tools and prompt generation is an added advantage.
•
Basic collaboration skills and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
