Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Msuez Uk in Johannesburg, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial records
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary
  • Maintain a safe and clean office environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an office administration or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR principles
  • Proactive and able to work independently
