Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities on a construction site. This includes ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role involves managing work schedules, supervising site workers, and handling health and safety, logistics, and construction-related challenges.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure successful project completion within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor the Master Schedule in coordination with the Project Management Team and address any delays proactively.
- Organize site facilities, logistics, and material requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and suitability of equipment.
- Enforce high standards for workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality regulations.
- Review and verify worker and subcontractor payment reports, and resolve operational issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when needed.
Main Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiar with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for reviewing drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and the ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Working Days & Hours

Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
•
Lunch Break: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
