Position: Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts Participate in the development of client-focused marketing and communication strategies Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance the company's service offerings and client experience Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and concerns Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell trust services based on client requirements Address client inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and efficient manner Liaise with internal teams (e.g., legal, operations, finance) to ensure the timely and effective provision of trust services Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide clients with tailored solutions and recommendations Monitor service quality and client satisfaction, and implement necessary improvements
Job Requirements
University degree in business, finance, law, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the trustee or financial services industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning, and related financial services Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
