Real Estate Agent

Duties and Responsibilities

-Call customer directs sales.

-Maintain contact and build strong relationships with owner properties and customers (generate leads)

-Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits

-Understand customers requirement properly

-Identify and resolve client concerns with various methods include: face to face, meeting, phone, and email.

-Building the competitive advantages over the competitors

-Attract new customers and maintain the existing customers

-Data entry into the system and update information for posting on pages

Requirements

-Fresh Graduate, Grade 12, Bachelor in Marketing &Communications or Relevant filed

-No need working experience in sale and leasing or equal

-Good communication skill and setting up the appointment

-Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality

-Ability to work under pressure

-Be flexible, teamwork, influencing and negotiation

-Be patient, hardworking, honestly, independent and flexible, integrities and strong commitment.

-Can written, spoken English and Chinese is a plus.

-Knowledge in MS. Office (Word, Excel and Internet & Email)

Work Condition

Work Day: Monday - Saturday

Work Hour: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: have many branches throughout Phnom Penh
