Job Summary
The Warehouse Director is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies. This role leads all warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategically manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and vision.
- Supervise stock count processes on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of goods movement and storage.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas by managing floor space and applying best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards. •
Prepare and maintain reports and statistics (e.g., stock in/out, dead stock reports)
Main Requirements
•
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•
Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
•
At least 3 years in a leadership role with direct team supervision.
•
Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•
Good command of English and Khmer, both spoken and written.
Working Days & Hours
•
Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
•
Lunch Break: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
