Job description

Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management, Marketing, Finance or Accounting.
  • With basic accounting / bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
  • With good communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word,
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, resourceful.
  • Able to work productively under pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Key tasks

  • Provides high-level secretarial assistance to the COO and the Executive Department.
  • Performs clerical and organization tasks.
  • Secretarial functions such as scheduling appointments, routing mail, taking minutes of the meeting, filing, records management, etc.
  • Responsible for managing files, databases and projects, etc.
  • Prepares and analyzes reports and correspondences for the executives.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
