Punch Machine Programmer

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in programming sheet metal parts for punch machines.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Trutops software.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously follow specifications and ensure accurate programming.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting and optimizing nesting layouts.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the production team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Programming: Utilize Trutops software to create programs for sheet metal parts to be punched on the Trumpf Punch Machine.
• File Conversion: Convert DXF files provided into GEO files for production.
• Nesting Optimization: Efficiently nest parts based on material thickness to maximize material utilization.
• Tool and Process Selection: Select appropriate tools and processes for optimal punching results.
• Trutops Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Trutops to streamline programming and enhance productivity
