Job Title - Export Sales Manager

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and expand international sales operations across global markets. This role is responsible for developing export strategies, managing overseas distributors and clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with market development expertise and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Export Sales Strategy & Market Development Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets. Identify and penetrate new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions. Client & Distributor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through effective account management. Sales Operations & Order Management Manage the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order execution and delivery. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor order pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance against targets. Trade Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and international standards. Oversee preparation and accuracy of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents. Stay updated on customs requirements, duties, and regulatory changes in target markets. Pricing & Commercial Analysis Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with cost structures and market dynamics. Monitor margins, profitability, and commercial performance of export accounts. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Brand Representation & Promotion Represent the organization at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Promote product portfolios and technical capabilities to global customers. Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence in export markets.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in export sales within manufacturing or electrical products industries. Strong understanding of international sales, distribution models, and export regulations. Experience managing global customers and distributor networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel internationally as required. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
