Senior Sales Representative-Korean Native
Job description
Job roles and responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Market the product to get potential customers with both the company support as well as personal resource
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and create sale opportunities
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they fit customer needs
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and close deals
- Collaborate with support team and finance team in preparing sales agreements, execution of the agreements and payment collection
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors like marketing, planning, etc.
- Develop sales agencies, facilitate in agency agreements execution in collaboration with the support team.
- Support agencies to achieve their success in marketing the products by providing training, information support as well as closing deals together with them
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships and build customer loyalty
- Make timely, clear and informative work report (including not limited to tables, presentation etc.) to the management
- Other reasonable tasks arranged by the management
Job qualifications
- Korean mother tongue is a must
- Fluent verbal and oral English communication capability is a must
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Education/career experience in sales and marketing sector is a plus
Job skills
- Strong confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- Physical and mental endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be serving a customer for long hours, bearing heavy pressure but having to show decent manner.
- Achievement-driven mindset. A Sales Representative must be eager for extraordinary success, and is willing to bear pressure, anxiety resulted from the commitment of sale performance.
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network

- Working hour start 08:40am - 17:40pm (break 1h for lunch)
- Annual leave complied by law Internal sales in showroom and some time need to bring the customer to visit site by our company transportation
