Position: French-speaking Senior Travel Agent
Location: Remote (Portugal) or Hybrid (Lisbon at the candidate's discretion)

We are looking for a French-speaking Senior Travel Agent to provide exceptional, personalized support to our travelers. In this role, you will handle a wide range of travel-related and technical inquiries from routine platform assistance to urgent, last-minute travel situations while ensuring each customer receives world-class service.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to share insights, improve workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, personalized support to travelers in French and English.
•
Assist with travel bookings, changes, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
•
Stay informed about travel industry trends, tools, and platform updates.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for product and process improvement.
•
Build positive relationships across global teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
•
Consistently meet and exceed performance KPIs.
Requirements
•
Fluent in French , with strong English (C1 level) communication skills.
•
Proven experience in customer service , ideally within the travel or hospitality industry .
•
Experience using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) is mandatory.
•
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
•
Comfortable working with metrics and performance goals.
•
Proficient with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce .
•
Flexible to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Monday to Sunday) , including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
•
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
