We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Light Technician to join our production team in Belgrade. In this role, you will support the setup, operation, and maintenance of studio lighting systems to ensure high-quality visual output across live and recorded productions. Working closely with senior technicians and other departments, youll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of lighting systems for studio productions.
•
Work with senior lighting technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
•
Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs or irregularities.
•
Ensure all lighting activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices .
•
Collaborate with audio, video, and production teams to achieve optimal lighting integration.
•
Maintain detailed records and documentation of lighting setups and adjustments.
•
Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in studio and live lighting.
•
Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to enhance lighting efficiency and quality.
Requirements
•
Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) both written and spoken.
•
Previous experience working with studio or live production lighting systems .
•
Familiarity with lighting control equipment, consoles, and technical diagrams .
•
Knowledge of lighting safety protocols and ability to follow operational standards.
•
Ability to work under pressure and assist in resolving live technical issues efficiently.
•
Excellent teamwork and communication skills , with a collaborative and professional approach.
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability .
•
Willingness to work in rotating shifts , including occasional nights and weekends.
