About the Opportunity

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) to join our growing behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide initial mental health assessments and ongoing therapy sessions for adult and geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

You will have full clinical autonomy, supported by an administrative team that handles billing and authorizations, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

•

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to adult and senior populations

•

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within long-term care environments

•

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

•

Coordinate with administrative support to ensure seamless billing and scheduling

Requirements

•

Active LCMHC license (state-specific)

•

Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field

•

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

•

Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric or adult populations

•

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Compensation and Schedule

•

Pay: Competitive per-encounter rate, commensurate with experience

•

Schedule: Minimum of 2 days per week, with options for full-time

•

Setting: On-site at Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities
