Job Overview

As a Graphic Design Lead, you hold a key position in overseeing the creative direction, execution, and delivery of visual assets, ensuring they align with the organization's branding, objectives, and messaging. Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction: Provide strategic creative direction to the design team, guiding the development of visual concepts, campaigns, and projects that effectively communicate the organization's brand identity and messaging.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity flourishes, and team members are empowered to excel in their roles.

  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and standards while infusing creativity and innovation to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and provide feedback on design work produced by the team, ensuring it meets quality standards, aligns with project objectives, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Professional Development: Support the professional growth and development of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

  • Graphic Design Expertise: Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, styles, and industries. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
