Chef De Partie Baker - Cruise Ship

Key responsibilities include

  • Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our guests
  • Ensuring that all baked goods are of high quality and meet company standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Training and supervising junior bakers and kitchen staff
  • Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to create new menu items
  • Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie Baker in a high-volume kitchen
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with others
