Our client is a fast-growing enterprise AI company helping some of the world's largest organizations become AI-native. Their platform deploys AI agents that automate complex business operations, enabling enterprises to transform how work gets done at scale.

With a rapidly expanding global presence, they're building their commercial team in Poland and are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth across the region.

The Opportunity

This is not an account management role.

Our client is looking for a true hunter who thrives on opening new doors, building executive relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals. You'll play a key role in establishing the company's presence in Poland, partnering with world-class engineering and delivery teams to help enterprise customers successfully adopt cutting-edge AI solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and develop relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers across enterprise organizations
  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic account planning
  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
  • Expand existing customer relationships and identify new growth opportunities
  • Position AI solutions by focusing on measurable business outcomes and ROI
  • Partner with System Integrators and Hyperscalers to drive strategic opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasts, account plans, and pipeline management
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity targets

Who We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, or technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota while closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience creating pipeline from scratch
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and CxO relationships
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions through clear business value
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; Polish is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Enterprise Software
  • Experience working alongside System Integrators and Hyperscalers
  • Existing relationships within large enterprise organizations
  • Experience selling into industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, or Healthcare
