The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (DevSecOps) to strengthen the security of its cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes environments while contributing to the broader DevOps roadmap.

This is a DevOps-first role with a strong security focus, ideal for an engineer who enjoys automating infrastructure, embedding security into delivery pipelines, and building reliable cloud platforms in a fast-growing international SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines using SAST, SCA, secret scanning, and supply chain controls
• Harden cloud environments, infrastructure, operating systems, and Kubernetes clusters
• Manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation across the platform
• Secure Kubernetes environments through RBAC, network policies, image security, and cluster hardening
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, including policy-as-code and automated security scanning
• Manage TLS/SSL certificates and certificate lifecycle across services
• Operate cloud security tooling including Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel
• Build monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response capabilities
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Platform, and Data teams to promote secure-by-default engineering practices
• Drive automation, operational excellence, reliability, and cloud cost optimization
• Participate in on-call support where required

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, or Operations Engineering
• Strong experience working in Microsoft-centric environments with Azure, .NET, and MS SQL
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and security
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Practical DevSecOps experience integrating SAST, SCA, dependency scanning, secret scanning, and security automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience hardening cloud infrastructure and managing vulnerabilities across production environments
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, and centralized logging
• Hands-on experience managing TLS/SSL certificates and secure infrastructure
• Comfortable working in fast-growing international SaaS environments with strong collaboration across engineering teams
• Strong English communication skills

• AWS experience (EC2, RDS)
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel
• Kubernetes security tools (OPA, Kyverno, admission control)
• Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, tfsec, Checkov
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or messaging platforms
• Multi-cloud infrastructure and cloud cost optimization
• On-premise and hybrid infrastructure experience
• Security certifications (AZ-500, CCSK, or similar)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and GDPR
