• Minimum 5 years total experience, in automation industry/ tractors or relevant background
• Client doesnt want too old experience, because they will be hard to control.
• Mandatory: commitment & maturity
• Preferably: punya kendaraan mobil
• Hunter, not farmer.
• Going out there to breakthrough market.
• Persistence and full of spirit.
• Fast learner to know the products.
• English at business level because will be reporting to foreign Director
