2-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software development

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Basic coding knowledge or the ability to read code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML) or tools like Markdown.
• Familiarity with APIs and the ability to document them effectively
• Proficiency in creating manuals, user guides, FAQs, and API documentation
• Willing to work WFO
