Senior R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development in the fields of transportation，computer science ，but not limited to the artificial intelligence technology， transportation，science,intelligent transportation systems etc.;
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and evaluate new technologies, algorithms, and systems to improve transportation efficiency, safety, and sustainability. For example, developing a transportation simulation platform;
• Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and conduct experiments to investigate and verify research hypotheses;
• Establish and maintain close connections with researchers and practitioners to keep up with the latest trends and progress.

Job Qualifications

• PhD degree in a related field (Planning and Design,Smart Construction,Materials Science,New Energy,High-end Equipment Manufacturing,New Generation of Information Technology etc.);
• Strong research and analytical skills, including ability to synthesize and interpret complex information;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team environment;
• Experience in R&D field;
• Familiarity with research methods, including but not limited to survey design, data collection, and data analysis techniques is highly preferred;
• Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork, conferences, or other research-related activities is also preferred.
