Senior R&D Researcher - Materials Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities in the field of materials science, including the design, synthesis, characterization, and application of new materials.For example, research on new materials with high durability for waterproofing and sealing of shields;
• Perform laboratory experiments and analyze data to evaluate the performance and properties of materials;
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project objectives are met and research results are achieved;
• Establish and maintain close connections with researchers and practitioners to keep up with the latest trends and progress.

Job Qualifications

• PhD degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a related field;
• Strong research and analytical skills, including ability to synthesize and interpret complex information;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team environment;
• Experience in R&D field;
• Familiarity with research methods, including but not limited to survey design, data collection, and data analysis techniques is highly preferred;
• Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork, conferences, or other research-related activities is also preferred.
