M34 - Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and internal platforms
• Build and enhance CRM/CMS functionalities for citizen feedback management systems
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Design and maintain MySQL databases, including schema optimisation and query performance tuning
• Integrate systems and services across multiple government platforms and channels
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and ensure system reliability and performance
• Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following engineering best practices

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Experience in full-stack web application development

Strong hands-on experience in

• React, Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture
• Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on CRM/CMS platforms or data-driven applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised deployments
